Cumin seeds, aniseed, fennel seeds, salt and pepper
Preparation
Gazpacho: Wash the vegetables, cut up the fennel and the tomatoes into pieces. Blend for a long time, and then add the other ingredients. Pass through a sieve. Add a bit of water if the mixture is too thick. Keep in a cool place.
Chevrotin soldiers: Spread Chevrotin over the bread, sprinkle over the seeds, a few drops of olive oil and place under the grill for 4-5 minutes.
Serve the soup well chilled with the Chevrotin soldiers.
