Hotchpotch of skewers with Tome de Bauges

Ingredients - for 4 persons

  • 200g Tome de Bauges
  • 4 fresh figs
  • 1 apple
  • 4 apricots
  • 10 slices smoked fillet of duck breast
  • 1 small mango
  • Toasted sesame seeds
  • Poppy seeds

Preparation

  1. Cut the Tome into cubes, cut the fruit into small quarters.
  2. Assemble the ingredients on small sticks (skewers) as you like, combining flavours and colours.
  3. Finish off with poppy and sesame seeds. That’s it!
