Emmental de Savoie filo pastry parcels

Ingredients - for 4 persons

  • 4 filo pastry sheets
  • 200g Emmental de Savoie
  • 2 Savoie apples
  • Salt, pepper and spices


  1. Place 4 thin slices of Emmental de Savoie in the centre of a sheet of filo pastry.
  2. Cover with slices of Savoie apples and season, repeat this process twice.
  3. Fold the filo pastry sheets to create a square 8cm/8cm in size.
  4. Place in the oven at 200°C for 8 minutes. Then place under the grill for 1 minute to brown.
  5. Place the filo pastry parcel on a bed of salad, accompanied by small chunks of Savoie apple and a slice of Savoie ham.
