Chevrotin Cassolette with wild garlic

Ingredients - for 4 persons

  • 2 well ripened Chevrotin cheeses
  • A few leaves of wild garlic, chopped
  • 50ml Savoie dry white wine
  • Cracked black pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200° (thermostat 6).
  2. Cut the Cherotin into 2 discs.
  3. Arrange in ovenproof ramekins.
  4. Drizzle with white wine, scatter the chopped wild garlic on top and add pepper.
  5. Place in a hot oven until the cheese is completely melted.
  6. Serve immediately.
