Palm hearts with smoked salmon and Chevrotin

Ingredients - for 6 persons

  • 1 well ripened Chevrotin
  • 200ml cream
  • 1 box palm hearts
  • 4 slices smoked salmon
  • Cracked black pepper
  • Chopped chives, parsley, garlic

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200° (thermostat 6).
  2. Roll the palm hearts up in the slices of smoked salmon.
  3. Arrange in an ovenproof dish. Mix the cream with the chopped garlic, parsley and chives.
  4. Place the slices of Chevrotin on top, then add pepper. Place in a hot oven until the cheese is completely melted. 

Serve immediately.
