Ingredients - for 4 persons

  • Puff pastry
  • Tome des Bauges
  • Cumin seeds
  • Diot sausage
  • Egg yolk

Preparation

  1. 10cm into the puff pastry.∈Cut up into 10 squares
  2. Place a piece of Tome des Bauges on each of the squares.
  3. Sprinkle with cumin seeds.
  4. You can optionally add a slice of cooked Diot sausage. Close up the pastry.
  5. Paint some egg yolk onto the pastry.
  6. Place in a hot oven (180°) for 10 minutes before serving.
