Reblochon potato surprise

Ingredients - for 4 persons

  • 4 “quite large” potatoes
  • 250g lardons
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Reblochon cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

  1. Cook the jacket potatoes (they should be just starting to soften).

  2. Sauté the onions and the very finely sliced lardons.

  3. Hollow out each potato and keep the scooped out flesh, mashing it with the lardons and onion, and adding the Reblochon on top.

  4. Once the Reblochon has melted, place the mixture into the hollow of each potato and place in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes in the grill position.

  5. Serve as soon as it comes out of the oven.

    Goes well with grills, or a green salad.
