Reblochon tart with cumin

Ingredients - for 4 persons

  • A roll of puff pastry
  • A Reblochon cheese
  • Ground cumin

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven (thermostat 7) for 15 minutes.
  2. Spread out the pastry in the bottom of the mould.
  3. Cut the Reblochon into slices, then arrange on the bottom of the pastry.
  4. Spread it out evenly, avoiding leaving holes.
  5. Sprinkle cumin over it.
  6. Place in the oven thermostat 7 for 20 minutes.

To be enjoyed warm as an appetiser or hot as a starter with a salad.
