Savoury Reblochon muffins

Ingredients - for 4 persons

  • 1/2 Reblochon cheese
  • 200g flour
  • 1 sachet baking powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 yoghurts
  • 4 tbsp. oil
  • Salt & pepper

Option to add 100g cured ham cut into matchstick strips or lardons for 4 servings

Preparation

  1. Prepare the muffin batter by mixing, in this order: flour + baking powder + salt, pepper + 4 eggs + 2 yoghurts + oil.
  2. Mix together until it forms a well-mixed batter.
  3. Fill the muffin moulds two-thirds full.
  4. Push a cube of Reblochon into each muffin.
  5. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes at 180°C.
