Beaufort Crozet square pasta

Ingredients - for 6 persons

  • 250g Crozet square pasta
  • 100g Beaufort cheese
  • 200ml stock (beef or chicken for example)
  • 100g butter, salt, pepper


  1. Cook the pasta in boiling, salted water for 40 minutes.

  2. Place half of the cooked pasta into the cooking dish. Cover with half the grated Beaufort and then the rest of the pasta.

  3. Heat up the butter until it turns a nice golden colour. Pour the butter and the stock over the pasta.

  4. Finish off by covering it with the rest of the grated Beaufort and place in a hot oven for 15 minutes.

    Handy tip:
    Try adding some pieces of smoked lardons or a few slices of coppa.
    Keep your stock by freezing it in the freezer: it will be of great use to flavour various mixtures.
