Reblochon Banderilla starter

Ingredients - for 4 persons

Approx. 12 Banderillas:

  • 1 Reblochon cheese
  • 1 bunch red radishes
  • 1 green or red pepper
  • Coating of your choice: sesame, poppy seed, chilli, cumin, etc.

Preparation

  1. Create small balls of the Reblochon cheese (with the rind removed) about the size of a hazelnut.
  2. Roll in the coating of your choice: sesame, poppy seed, chilli, cumin, etc.
  3. Cut the radishes into slices and the peppers into small squares or triangles (remove the skin first, they taste better that way!)
  4. Create stacks, alternating the colours.
  5. Keep in a cool place until it's time to serve.
